The hotel's location was great. I found it close to victoria station. This made travel easy. The staff was very FRIENDLY and helpful.

The bathroom was small. I had difficulty turning around in the limited space. there was no milk for tea or coffee. The kettle was too big to fit under the sink making it awkward to fill.

the location was very convenient near victoria station i appreciated the easy access to transportation the staff were friendly and helpful ensuring i had a smooth stay the room provided everything i needed for a short trip and the 24/7 reception offered peace of mind.

the room felt a bit warm since keeping the window open wasn't ideal.

The location was near victoria station, a short walk. i was able to drop my bags off early. The lobby staff stored them. the staff was helpful with directions. a small supermarket was close. This allowed me to buy snacks.

The stairs were narrow. I had difficulty carrying my suitcase up to my room.

Victoria station is just a two minute walk from the hotel. buckingham palace is a ten minute walk. It is easily accessible. the neighborhood appears very nice and safe. big ben is approximately 25 minutes by foot.

the room size was a little smaller than expected.
